Odine, which provides voice and data network services to telecom operators nationally and internationally, became the only Turkish company to be among the top 20 suppliers in its field. Odine, which has focused on eliminating physical server dependency and operational efficiency by providing services to telecom operators in the field of network virtualization in recent years, is now preparing to increase its power in the global market with this service.

Odine became the only Turkish company in the top 20 in the 20 Top Telco Vendors Power List published by London-based Capacity Media, one of the most influential broadcasters in the telecom industry. Focusing on eliminating physical server dependency and increasing operational efficiency by providing network virtualization services to telecom operators, Odine has thus raised the bar in its global market target.

‘We have proven our maturity in Turkey, the global market is next’

Stating that they have been offering network software and telecom engineering solutions to local and international telecommunication companies since 2000, Odine CEO Alper Tunga Burak stated that they aim to become a global technology company in this period when telecommunication infrastructures are rapidly transforming into the cloud. Burak said, “With the model we have established, we provide all international telecom operators with the necessary infrastructure hardware, storage service and network environment to continue their commercial operations through our own cloud environment. Thus, operators have a sustainable infrastructure without purchasing, managing or maintaining equipment. “I think being included in the Capacity Media 20 Top Telco Vendors Power list is an important indicator of our determination in our goals and our global successes,” he said.

Emphasizing that the transformation of the telecommunications industry from traditional systems to cloud and software-based systems is accelerating due to providing a serious cost advantage, Alper Tunga Burak gave the following information: “According to the Markets and Markets Telecom Cloud Market report, the telecommunications cloud market will grow by 23.1 percent compound annual growth until 2027.

” It is expected to reach 32.5 billion dollars with this rate. As Odine, we evaluate this important growth opportunity in the telecommunication cloud market and move forward with the mission of making our customers strong in this dynamic sector by pioneering the telecommunication needs of the future. With the virtualization infrastructure solutions we offer for the sector, our customers can gain a competitive advantage by optimizing their operational processes. Today, we are happy to have proven our maturity by establishing a world-scale telecom cloud in Turkey. Now it is time to bring this service to the global market, where we have already been doing business with our voice network solutions for years.”Odine

Odine Will Export Services to All Around the World

Underlining that they are already a global player with their voice network solutions, Alper Tunga Burak said, “We operate in a wide geographical area such as New Zealand, Indonesia, Switzerland, England and the Netherlands. Our voice network solutions are extremely flexible and feature technology that can be applied remotely to any location. “That’s why we have a wide customer base all over the world,” he said.

Applied To CMB, To Go Public

Emphasizing that they applied to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) to go public in recent months in order to accelerate their growth plans abroad, Alper Tunga Burak informed that the public offering will be held under the co-leadership of Turkey Industrial and Development Bank (TSKB) and Yatırım Finansman.

Noting that the resources to be obtained from the public offering to be carried out through capital increase and partner sales method will be used in line with the growth targets, Alper Tunga Burak also said that more than half of the income will be directed to foreign investments within the scope of expanding global operations.

Odine, which was deemed worthy of The Cloud Innovative award for the second time in 2023 by Carrier Community, another leading organization in the telecom industry publications, in addition to the awards it received, also participated in the 5th Generation (5G) Mobile project carried out under the leadership of the Center for Transportation, Maritime and Communications Research (UDHAM).
